Visibility Insights

The Visibility Insights feature shows where your podcast appears when people search for keywords on major platforms (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, YouTube Music). Each number shows your podcast's ranking position for that keyword - lower numbers indicate better rankings.

Free Plan Note: Free users can see the first 4 keywords only. Additional keyword rankings are blurred with lock symbols and require an upgrade for full access.

Key Features

  1. Keyword Rankings Table: Displays keywords your podcast ranks for with numerical positions (1-999+)

  2. Platform Rankings: Shows ranking position for each keyword on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music

  3. Search Volume: Progress bars showing estimated monthly search volume

  4. Track Keywords: Click the "Track" button to add keywords to your Keyword Strategy for monitoring

  5. Sortable Columns: Click platform headers to sort by ranking position - lower numbers mean better visibility

How to Use

  1. Review Rankings: Examine your podcast's ranking positions across all platforms - focus on keywords where you rank in top positions

  2. Sort by Platform: Click platform column headers (Apple Podcasts, Spotify, etc.) to sort by ranking performance

  3. Track Opportunities: Click the "Track" button on high-value keywords to add them to your Keyword Strategy for ongoing optimization

  4. Analyze Volume vs. Ranking: Compare search volume bars with your ranking positions to identify high-impact opportunities

  5. Find Best Performers: Look for keywords with low ranking numbers (better positions) and high search volume

Tips

  • Lower numbers = better rankings: A rank of #5 means your podcast appears 5th in search results
  • Track high-volume, low-rank keywords: These represent your biggest opportunities
  • Cross-platform analysis: Keywords performing well on one platform but not others show untapped potential
  • Use for Keyword Strategy: Track promising keywords to add them to your Primary (max 3) or Secondary keywords list
